User Agreement

1. General provisions

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) governs the relationship between the owner of the website psy.mondaypro.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site) - Irina Sergeevna Kim (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) and the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the User).

Using the Site means the User agrees with this Agreement and the conditions for processing personal data specified therein.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Administration grants the User the right to use the Site and its services, including:

View information materials
Sign up for a consultation using the feedback form
Taking psychological tests
Receiving newsletters (with consent)

3. Rights and obligations of the parties

The administration undertakes:

• Ensure the functionality of the Site
• Protect personal data of Users
• Provide reliable information about services
• Respond to User requests in a timely manner

The user undertakes:

• Provide reliable information when making an appointment for a consultation.
• Do not use the Site for illegal purposes
• Do not copy or distribute materials from the Site without the consent of the Administration
• Comply with the terms of this Agreement

4. Intellectual property

All materials posted on the Site (texts, photographs, graphics, design) are objects of intellectual property of the Administration or third parties who have granted the rights to use them. Copying, distribution or other use of materials without the written consent of the Administration is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The administration is not responsible for:

• Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons
• Decisions made by the User based on information from the Site
• Actions of third parties that disrupt the operation of the Site

6. Changes to the terms of the Agreement

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement without prior notice to the User. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new edition.
